Hello,

Bile acids are needed for the digestion of fat in the meal.
Following the removal of gallbladder the amount of bile acid reduces and there may be problems with digestion.
Gastritis may be the the reason for pain in the stomach.
The yellow stool with bad odour is due to undigested fat.
Consult your doctor.
He may advise your for bile acid supplements.
If the symptoms persist you may go for Ultrasound of the abdomen.
