Losing Consciousness For Second Time. Felt Light Headed, Tingling And Burning Sensations. Cause?
This is the 2nd time in about a week that this has happened. Last time I lost conciousness for about 20 seconds. Last night my heart rate got up to 173 that I know of, and remained between this and 120 for about 2 hours. The whole time I felt light headed, tingling sensations and burning sensations in my fingers and toes and soon through my body. I had the flutter in my chest and shortness of breath as well. Please help

Your symptoms are consistent with seizure phenomenon( epileptic fits)versus syncope
This has to be confirmed by clinical examination and investigation (ECG, EEG, CT scan brain)
Consult family physician / Neurologist for further plan of action
