Losing Sexual Desire, Insensitive Clitoris, Not Reaching Orgasm. Done Masturbation, Will This Reduce Sensitivity?

I am 19 and have lost most of my sexual desire.
My clitoris isn't as sensitive as it used to be and I find it hard to reach orgasm at all even after long periods of stimulation. Could it be that I'm not working out or excersising enough?
The only way I have ever masturbated was the water faucet,
can this have decreased my sensitivity in some way?
I'm scared that I'm broken and can't be fixed. Help!

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Loss of libido or sexual desire is not a pathological condition . This is a psychogenic problem . Water faucet or masturbation is nothing to do with libido because of your so young age .
In my opinion consult a psychiatrist and get his opinion and treatment .
Good luck. Dr. HET
