Loss Of Appetite, Pain In Intestine, Runny Bowels. Taking Codeine Sulfate. Suggestions?
For the last couple of months my appetite has gone, and this morning I was woken up with sharp pains in my intestine followed by the urge to vomit. I had a lot of saliva but didn't vomit. During that I now have metallic taste in my mouth that will not go away. I have tried to eat but have no appetite and feel worse when swallowing the food. The medication I have been taking for a month is 200mg codeine sulfate two times a day for pain. I have researched if this would be a side effect, but not finding this as a side effect. My bowels for the last couple of days have been runny, and I have no urge to go today. About three to four times a week I will go.
greetings. hope you are doing good. what you can do is to improverise your diet. why dont you try adding more roughage and fibre to your diet. it will definitely help you. Also if problem still persisting, kindly revert back or see ur doctor.
