Loss Of Hair With Acne. Thyroid Normal. Shortness In Breath With Palpitations. Recommendations?

I have been losing my hair for a while now on my scalp. I'm 34. In the last year I have gained 30 pounds with no change to my diet or exercise regime. I'm getting acne, and I'm tired ALL the time. I have had a fibroadenoma removed and an endometrial ablation in the last eight months. My doc checked my thyroid and said it is normal. What is wrong with me? In the last few days my heart has been racing and it makes me out of breath.
