Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for using healthcare magic.

I have gone through your available history.

It seems that your symptoms are of panic attacks which is one anxiety disorder. It is frequent co morbid condition of PTSD.
You should consult psychiatrist for better control over stress and anxiety. Doctor may advise to start anti anxiety agents like clonazepam or lofazepam and /or antidepressant agents like peroxetine.

You should also go for stress management and relaxation therapy like breathing exercise.

Thanks.
