Loss Of Weight, White Spots And Throwing Up. Anything To Worry?

For the last week my daughter (23 Yrs) old has been seeing white spots and throwing up. If she lays down for a while it goes away and she seems fine. I has happened approx. 2 - 3 times last week, she had a baby 5 months ago. she has been dieting and has lost 30 pounds in the last 12 weeks. Is this something to worry about?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. White spots may indicate vitamin deficiency. And drastic reduction in weight is not advisable. So let her once consult general physician and get examined. If her calorie intake is less than required, she has to increase that. Vitamin and minerals supplementation is needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
