Low BP And Heart Races. Why Is Temperature High Leading To Unconsciousness?

Hello, my daughter has been ill for four years now and i am struggling to get any answers for her. She has periods of collapse where her blood pressure and drop incredibly low, her heart rate can double and return to normal and on occasions her temperature and soar high and back down again for no infection related reason. There has been quite a lot of investigation into my daughters illness , but they can find nothing wrong. I have been doing my own research on auto immune disorders and related illnesses. My son has a very rare auto immune disorder, practically every female on my side of the family has an auto immure disorder and I have been reading up on things like NMH and related illness. I am not a doctor and could be completely wrong of course but the symptoms and the family history make me wonder and I know there is an answer to all this somewhere. Over the last four years the frequency of her collapse has become quite frequent and the blood pressure seems to be one of the significant problems. She has been rushed to hospital on several occasions and only a week ago she was semi-concious for nearly four hours before she recovered. Please let me know if you think there is something causing all this and not the things that i have been told so far such as, typical teenager, she will grow out of it, perhaps she makes it all up (i fail to see how she can drop her blood pressure so low for so long) and lots of other quite irrelevant comments. Please can you help.

1. when blood pressure is low, heart race tends to increase [physiological explanation].
2. as female [any hormonal changes]; examination with gynecologist?
3. The cause of low blood pressure was clinically established OR suitable blood tests, radiologic studies, and cardiac testing were done to look for arrhythmias, [if yes] what was the opinion of cardiologist?
4. since she is a teenager thus pregnancy can be ruled out, still look for any endocrinological problem [thyroid, blood sugar, adrenal insufficiency], or for heart problems [heart valves, arrhythmias]
5. diet lacking in vitamin B-12 and folic acid can result in anemia leading to low blood pressure, check with laboratory values, and simply being dehydrated can contribute to the problem so make sure she is adequately hydrated.
6. Low blood pressure is sometimes associated with certain symptoms, many of which are related to causes rather than effects of hypotension: [like fever, heart race in your case]
7. adding electrolytes to diet, good nutrition and treatment will depend upon the underlying CAUSE.

PS
. Consult your Doctor regarding Dysautonomia [Autonomic Dysfunction] and Neurological examination for cause of hypotension
. If they believe that some Autoimmune disorder is the cause of low blood pressure, then prognosis depends upon the pathology of each autoimmune disease.
. Among the autoimmune diseases that affect significantly more women are:
Hashimoto's thyroiditis, grave's disease, multiple sclerosis (MS), myasthenia gravis, Systemic lupus erythematous [SLE], Rheumatoid arthritis [RA].
[Researchers are investigating why women are more susceptible to autoimmune diseases, in hopes of finding new ways to prevent, treat, and possibly even cure these diseases]
