Low HDL Levels, High Cholesterol, Triglycerides, G.T Levels. Having Hemorrhoids. Inter-related?

I am 61 years old male, 11 stone weight, height 5ft 8 inches. My total cholesterol is 6.3, HDL 5.2, Triglycerides 2.6, total bilrubin 31 , 8-.G.T 120 . I eat mainly vegetarian with fish and some chicken. Between 21 and 30 units of alchol a week I also have grade 3 haemerhoids. Is there any connection between the bilrubin level the haemerhoids and the Choletstrol. Should I be worried ?

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

You need to have the entire liver profile.
Isolated elevation of bilirubin may have an inherited cause.
GGT rise is because of alcohol. It is time to stop - before further damage can occur.

HDL is good...

Fish and chicken are not vegetarian.
Vegetarian food also has high saturated fat - palm oil, coconut oil and so on.
See a dietician for detailed discussion.

Haemorrhoids have nothing to do with cholesterol or bilirubin...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
