I weight 60 kilos and am a male of 166 cm ,aged 53......I have a strenuous job on a golf course and also ride an exercise bike rapidly for 20 minutes a day......2 hours after a meal my mother who is diabetic tests my blood sugar to see if it was low, as I felt faintish.... It came back 9.1.....I eat healthily and I'm stringent about avoiding sugary foods and sugar...I have been tested before and always tested av. 5.1 .... why would I get this reading?
