Low Hanging Testicles Causes Discomfort While Sitting, Groin Looks Flat On Wearing Tight Trousers. Operation To Rectify This?
I have low hanging testicles, both hang between my legs and sometimes cause a problem sitting down. I also lose confidence getting changed in front of people or wearing tight trousers as my groin area looks flat when in fact i have an average sized penis , but my testicles move between my legs. Is there an operation that can be done to rectify this?

Scrotum supporting the testis has a unique muscle called DARTOS that is sensitive to temp changes of the environment.
By this action, testes stay close to the body in cold temperature and away from the body in warm climates.
It is unlikely to be anything abnormal, but a physical examination is advised if you are worried.
The groin on your description, if looks flat should make you happy as fat deposits make it appear worse.
