hi... you are underweight for your hieght.. you have tried with protein supplement which is not helping in gaining weight... for wheat allergy(glutens disease) you need to be investigated for this.. see your gastroenterologist for the diagnosis, before that enquire about the weight of your mom, sisters during adolescent.. if it is genetically predisposed.. do exercise regularly.. take high caloric diet with essential fatty acids.. all the very best..

Pediatrician Dr. E Venkata Ramana's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic.

Your height is normal as per CDC growth charts.

Your weight is low and below third percentile and comes under underweight.

Physical examination and investigations by a physician is important to rule out any underlying medical problems such as gastrointestinal, inflectional, and hormonal problems which are associated with your underweight.

After ruling out the medical problems, you need to visit a dietician for a personalized diet plan to increase your weight.

Your doctor will evaluate for any presence of wheat allergy.

Good balanced and nutritious diet is important than any protein drinks.

Hence I advise you to see the physician for further management.

Hope I have answered your query.

Regards.
