Hello,
As per your history, your chances of conception are very high. Cramping can occur at the time of ovulation and shortly after that as the tubes propel the ovum forward. Loose stool can be due to prostaglandin release or related to the gastro-intestinal system and is not a symptom of early pregnancy. To know if you have conceived, the earliest possible way is to get an assessment of the serum beta-hCG titres at least ten days after ovulation; else, you can wait for the onset of your next period and if overdue, go for a HPT 3-7 days later. Hope this helps.
