Lower Abdominal Pain. Drinking Water. Blood And Urine Test Normal. What Is Wrong?

I have had dull lower abdomen pain on both sides for a few days now, went to the dr. And blood and urine and x ray came back fine. Just did some yard work and had slight pain on right side while doing it. I ve been drinking tons of water but other than that I m lost with why this is happening. Any help would be grateful.
