Lower Abdominal Pain, White Discharge, Back Pain. Changed Birth Control Pill. Any Chance Of Being Pregnant?

Hi, i am 18 years old. I am engaged and my fiance and i have sex quite often. i have been on birth control for a few years now but recently they have changed my pills a few different times. My period is almost three weeks late. I havent ever had a late period, even while being switched to different pills. I am having lower left abdominal pain along with lower back pain. I have had a clear discharge but it has recently turned into a creamy milky color. Is there a chance that i might be pregnant?

Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
The chances of pregnancy have always been there with unprotected sex.
You should consult a gynaecologist for urine, blood test and ultrasonography to rule out pregnancy because you are 3weeks late.
Good Luck.
Take care.

hi,
If you notice an increase in discharge and there is a possibility that you might be pregnant, take a home pregnancy test, discharge has been reported by many women as a sign of early pregnancy. Discharge is often normal, especially if it's colorless and odorless. As long as the vaginal discharge you are experiencing has no odor, and is not accompanied by burning or itching, it may be one of the first signs of early pregnancy. However, if the vaginal discharge you are experiencing is foul-smelling, itchy, and/or is a color other than clear or milky white, you should see your gynecologist immediately. Your doctor will need to examine you because you could have a viral or bacterial infection or a sexually transmitted disease that must be treated.thankyou.
