Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
From your report it seems that you are having mild urinary infection and might not require any treatment.
Take plenty of water and lemon water juices.
But as you have lower back pain go for ultrasound of genital tract to rule out any infection or other problem.
Ok and bye.
Look, your urinalysis report indicates presence of red blood cells in increased number. It is a bad sign. you should be investigated meticulously for presence of any abnormality in the lower urinary tract.
After completion of the course of antibiotic, you should repeat the urine examination.
Hope this become helpful.
Regards.
