Lower Back Pain. MRI Shows Severe Broad Based Central Disc Protusion In L4-L5 Abutting Thecal Sac, Narrowed Spinal Canal. Suggest

I have lower back problems. I went to get a MRI and this is part of what the report says which is alarming to me:
"Severe broad-based central disc protrusion is seen at the L4-L5 level abutting the thecal sac. Spinal canal is significantly narrowed to 4mm. There is a narrowing lateral recesses of the neural foramina bilaterally."
Do you have any suggestion on what I can do?

Thank you!

Mri finding are significant. How about the pain? how bad is pain? need to correlate your clinical and MRI findings. If severe pain then spine injection can be considered. However please see a spine specialist and get a thorough exam. Thanks.
