Lower Back Pain, Restless Legs After An Episode Of Shingles And Sciatica, On Naproxen, Maxitram. What Else Can Be Done?

Hi i am suffering with low back pain after an episode of shingles and bad sciatica , where i needed two steroid injections. i have been suffering now for over a year. my gp has referred me to a back specialist but after two months i am still waiting for an appointment. i am taking naproxen and maxitram but am now suffering with restless legs, if there anything i can do

You need to take medications like pregabalin or dulexitine .
And that she give you relief.
