Lower Back Pain, Ripped Muscles, Feeling Weak. Cause?
hey SAmuel. i've had lower back pain wuite recently. before i had this my legs were very muscular were very huge in mass, and looked ripped. i was so fast and confident i would excell in sports. however 2 years ago i've had lower back pain and in the last 2 years my legs have shrunk in size and at times feel week. i do squats and run uphills but it hasnt changed. my diet is of a personal trainers diet really healthy. but i just want to know if it is my back pain thats causing my muscles to shrink or is it something else. ?
