Lower Back Pain, Sharp Pain In Breasts, Blurry Vision, Reduced Appetite. Any Ideas?
Hi! For the past 3 weeks I haven't been eating normally. I'll go without eating for two days at a time almost.I have random mid to lower back pain, my breasts tend to have sharp pains in them, and my vision has somewhat been blurry with my glasses. I haven't been my usual goofy, chipper self.
We tend to store stress in different areas of our body. I don't recommend you go more than 3-4 hours without food. I do believe it is beneficial to eat small meals 5 times a day and even small snacks.
It is definitely dangerous to go without eating for 2 days. I would recommend eating something anyway to keep your blood sugar up. When you are stressed out you may lose appetite. I am not sure what type of anxiety you are experiencing but it sounds like you are depressed. It might be good for you to take something temporarily for the stress or depression you are experiencing. I would go to your local clinic. I like Mayo Clinic and speak with a doctor about your symptoms.
I wish you well!
