Lower Back Pain, Tender Breasts, Constipation, Blood Clots. What Could This Be?

Hi iam 23 yrs old I have been on my period for a week now and these past two days i have been spotting and have low back pain tender breast , constipation and a little cramping I had gone to the er on mon night cause ia had a lot of cramping a blood clot they ran some blood test and everything came back normal what could this be ???

Thank you for choosing Healthcaremagic. If you are sexually active kindly get a pregnancy test done. If it is negative you can consult your doctor for a prescription of mefenamic acid to decrease the bleeding and dicyclomine tablets for cramping.
