Lower right abdominal pain , and are very windy also gets heartburn from time to time. The pain is mild like 3 out of 10 . doesnt get better or worse had it a year ago and then somehow it went away in its own and it returned about a week ago.. I can run ,walk and jump the pain doesnt get any worse.. It feels like a burning sensation. I dont know what makes it worse or what makes it beter. No other symptoms
