Lower Throat And Chest Pain During Breathing, No Coughing Or Tiredness. What Is Wrong?

Hello. I am a 22 year old female. I woke up this morning with pain in my lower throat and upper chest whenever I breathe. This suddenly happened when I woke up and has not been gradual. I have been in pain all day as I have to breathe of course. But I have no other symptoms like coughing or tiredness or anything. What is wrong with me? It s very painful and I am worried. Thank you.

There are many causes of pain in the lower throat and upper

Bad throat and laryngitis
pneumonia
thyroiditis
Reflux disease
costochondritis
musculoskeletal pain
