Lumbar Spondylosis, Disc Bulging, Tear At L4-L5, Narrowing Of Neural Foramina. MRI Done. What Does This Mean?

My mom MRI result shows this , so I want to have some advice on treatment. Lumber spondylosis mild bulge of the disc with left posterior lateral annular tear at l4-l5 causing effacement of tsecal sac and narrowing of neural foramina L/ R focal posterior central annular tear at L5-S1 hypertrophied ligamentum slvum seen at L4-5, L5-S1 Thanks

I really appreciate your concern this could be degenerative disease of spine and treatment is depend upon the neurological symptoms this can be managed medically if the symptoms are not severe or else surgical intervention would be necessary, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
