Lump In Throat That Moves. Why Are There Sharp Pains? Sinus Allergy Symptom?
Hi i just noticed today that i have a small lump in the front of my throat and it moves around when i touch it i also at times have sharp pains in my throat. I just recently had sinus , allergy and asthma problems and a persistent cough for the past couple of weeks. I would like to know if this lump is the cause of one of the mentioned problems i had or could it be something else??

eyour allergies have increased after sometimes medicines start loosing control disease and allergy increases you are taking medicine for asthma and the sinuses
the sinuses become infected and there is pstnasal drip of infectedc material in throat and chronic discharge leads to reactive enlargement of llymph node

or the post nasal drip can cause swelling of food pipe and enlargement of uvula which again feel like that
get xray pns and consult allergy doctor to treat according to allergy guidelines
to treat sinus and asthma
now you can take doxycycline 100 mg bd for 10 days wich clears sinus infection quickly
take fexofenadine 120 ng bd for 2 week
syp codeine+cpm combination 1 tsf bd
add liquid antacid tds
diclo as analgesic sos
when infection subsides you will be fine
