Lump Inside Breast. Itching, Tingling. What Could It Be?

hi, im 30 yrs old, and i have this small lump inside my breast just beside my nipple . its not so reddish but its kinda itchy and sometimes i feel a tingling sensation. i wonder what could it be? im afraid its some kind of cysts or a cancer? i just had my menstruation ,,,, can it also be a cause of it? but it never happened before...

Hello Dear and thanks for the query
The bump seem to be a kind of infection. Usually there is a small infection near nipple which causes itching and tingling. Consult your doctor and get clinically examined and if needed a course of antibiotic is given if your doctor feels that it is a infection. Else you need to be investigated for the other causes of lump like cyst, fibroma etc.
Just relax you mind and get yourself checked by your gynecologist.
