Lump Inside Scrotum, Purple Discoloration, Spread Over Scrotum, No Discomfort. Medical Attention Required?
my husband found a lump inside his scrotum about the size of dime. it was purple/blue like blood and was soft. it was slightly uncomfortable when touched and came on suddenly. over the past two days it is no longer a lump. the purple/blue color has spread out over his scrotum at least an inch in diameter and is no longer uncomfortable. Is this something to worry about? Should he go to this dr?

It looks like blood clot. Might have been caused by minor injury.
You need to rule out easy bruisability.
If your tests for clotting are fine , there is nothing to worry.
Pls use local ice for the time being and tight undergarments.
