Lump On Chest, Pus Discharge On Squeezing, Bleeding. Treatment Options?

I have a lump just of center in my chest it feels like a big spot, you cant visably see it but when i squeeze it puss comes out of it, its white in colour, its fairly solid and comes out like a big worm when im squeezing it. There was quite alot that came out, it started to bleed and i couldnt really get anymore out but i can still feel the lump.

As per above discussion you have boil/impetigo in your chest wall
Boils are very common. They are generally caused by the bacteria Staphylococcus aureus, but they may be caused by other bacteria or fungi found on the skin's surface. Damage to the hair follicle allows these bacteria to enter deeper into the tissues of the follicle and the tissue underneath...
Never squeeze a boil or try to cut it open at home
you need full antibiotic coverage to heel this
Deep or large boils may need to be drained with surgery if a boil lasts longer than 2 weeks
