You have to take complete course of proper antibiotic after complete investigations of renal system.
If it is recurrent then go for urine C/S,fbs,ppbs and start treatment accordingly.
Cefixime, moxifloxacin will be helpful. Gentamycin or amikacin injections is also advisable.
Drink more water and other liquids.
Take proper local care.
Consult your gynecologist for proper medical management.
