Lump Under Skin Between Thigh And Penis, No Skin Injury, Hard To Touch. Cure?
I have found a lump under my skin near the crotch where the inner upper thigh meets the base of the penis . Its about 3/4 of an inch long and 3/8 inch thick in the middle. It feels hard at it seems attached to the skin above. No visible injury to the skin above. Normal color, no skin injury.It was not there in the morning, but It was there in the evening.

If this painful , most probably it is a hair follicle infection.It needs painkillers and a course of antibiotic.If it is not painful at all then most probably it is a cyst due to blocked skin gland.This is generally harmless unless it increases in size, in which case it has to be surgically removed.
