Lumps Of Small Blisters On Scalp, Soreness Behind Ears, Painful And Swollen Gland In Neck. Any Ideas?

I have recently (24hr) noticed 2 lumps on my scalp that appear like clusters of small blisters, and am really sore behind my ears, with what appears to be swollen glands there (painful) and this morning another lump on the right side of my neck. Any idea's?

yes this is the problem come to my mind after reading history
the skin of scalp is dry scaly
and the area behind the skin is also involved
as these are chronic conditions of inflamation the neck lymph node increases with time
in my opinion consult th dermatologist to cure the disease and lymph node will also go slowly after treatment
