Lung cancer right long. Latest cat scan shows emphysematous changes, right lung volume loss. New abnormal soft tissue surrounding right prihilar suture line. Transverse dimensions3. X3 cm. few areas of peripheral inter lobular septal thickening and pleural thickening. Ascending aorta mildly aneurysm all at 4.3cm. Pleura normal.
Impression: 1. New abnormal soft tissue around the right prihilar suture line abutting the mediastinum with some mass effect on right main stem bronchus consistent with recurring tumor.
