Lung Scar Tissue On Lungs, Having Shortness Of Breath, Wheezing, Coughing. Is It Something To Worry About?
I have some kind of Lung scar tissue on my lungs, Doctor feels its due to long term smoking. He keeps telling me its nothing to worry about. Is it something to worry about? I am having shortness of breath, wheezing and and coughing up phlem always.

as u r saying your havong SOB,wheeze and phlegm and h/o smoking and ?scar tissue in u r lungs it could be either a chronic bronchitis or COPD for which u need to go for spirometric evaluation and based on that you may require inhalers as prescription
