Hi Good Morning, I would like to ask cause the skin of my penis is very itching and when i look at it there is like a rinfg worm appearance on it.. and i tried to peal it off by scratching and it causes wounds already i've been trying to heal the wound by Baneocin for almost a week and still its not healing. now I can feel there is the presence of lymp nodes in my groin. I am a bisexual and i have a partner. Is this a symptoms of having AIDS?

Hi

You may get tested for the presence of HIV by getting ELISA test done.
Enlargement of lymph nodes suggests a bacterial infection. You should also get tested for other sexually transmitted infections by getting complete urine analysis and blood serology for specific infections.
