MRI Done. What Does The Result Mean?

Impression of MRI Report:
1> Lateral meniscus shows grade 3 tears at the junction of posterior horn and body, having vertical and horizontal component

2> Posterior root of the lateral meniscus is detached from the tibial attachment -s/o root tear

3> Suggestion of partial tear of the anterior cruciate ligament graft is shown (underwent acl reconstruction surgery 2.5 month back)

4> Severe hemoarthrosis

5> Fracture of posterior aspect of the lateral tibial plateau is seen

Hello.Say you the knee is formed by three bones(hard tissue): patella, femur (top) and tibia (below). The knee is formed by soft tissues too:meniscus,2
(lateral y medial) and ligaments,2(anterior cruciate and posterior cruciate)
Results of your MRI means:
1 y 2.Lateral meniscus disease.
3-Ligament reconstructed(anterior cruciate ligament) 2.5 month ago probably is broken again(althougth is not totally broken)
4-Much Blood in knee.
5-Fracture of a small portion of tibia.

Consequence of MRI,You need surgery treatment again
but ,probably,with minimal incision surgery and hospital stay only 24-48 hours
