Hello.Say you the knee is formed by three bones(hard tissue): patella, femur (top) and tibia (below). The knee is formed by soft tissues too:meniscus,2 (lateral y medial) and ligaments,2(anterior cruciate and posterior cruciate) Results of your MRI means: 1 y 2.Lateral meniscus disease. 3-Ligament reconstructed(anterior cruciate ligament) 2.5 month ago probably is broken again(althougth is not totally broken) 4-Much Blood in knee. 5-Fracture of a small portion of tibia.
Consequence of MRI,You need surgery treatment again but ,probably,with minimal incision surgery and hospital stay only 24-48 hours
