The MRI findings are suggestive of: 1. Transitional vertebra at L5-S1 level. Lumbarization of S1 vertebra. 2. Posterior disc herniation at L5-S1 level, causing bilateral neural foraminal narrowing, indentation of thecal sac and traversing nerve roots bilaterally. 3. Posterior disc herniation at L4-L5 level, causing indentation of thecal sac and traversing nerve roots bilaterally. 4. Focal ligamentum flavum hypertrophy at D11-D12 level, causng indentation of thecal sac from posteriorly. 5. Facetal and ligamentum flavum hypertrophy at the lumbar spine . 6. Posterior disc bulges at C3-C4 to C5-C6 levels, causing indentation of thecal sac.
