Disc bulge causing thecal sac indentation and mild spinal canal stenosis, seems to be manageable by conservative management. Conservative treatment options include- Analgesics (NSAID), Physiothrapy, Gabapentin/Pregabalin. Surgical treatment is indicated, if: 1. Muscle weakness or atrophy in supplied muscles. 2.
