MRI Of Left Ankle Found The Following: I Have A

MRI of left ankle found the following: I have a chronic full thickness tear of the anterior talofibular ligament superior bundle, with chronic nonunited avulsion fracture fragment at its inferior bundle insertion on lateral malleolus. Diffusely attenuated calcaneofibular ligament likely representing chronic partial tear. This along with 5 other MRI's I have done showed many problems. What are my options for this in particular?
