MRI results indicate myoxide degeneration f mniscus wthout any tear. I do have previous meniscus arthrocospy for minimum posterior horn tear 8 yrs ago and do suffer of bilateral patelar condromalacia. I have minor irritatin pain sensation. All these symptoms stemmed after ball of foot hurt and scapula inflamation of toes. Question what treatment is recommended and if arthro will be needed for menuscus repair?
