MRI Scan of LS Spine of my daughter (25 yrs old) shows impression as follows : Lumbar spondylosis with L4-5/L5-S1 early disc dessications and mild disc space narrowing and PIVDs.

Hello, all she needs in back strengthening and hamstring stretching exercises which put her back on track very soon. Ask her to avoid forward bending and weight lifting. Thank you
