Good morning, Findings through an MRI is as follows: L4-5 has a asymmetrical disk bulge with a focal left paramedian annular tear.this finding abuts the thecal sac and caused mild central stenosis .there is a mild to moderate left and mild right neural foraminal stenosis secondary to disk bulge and hypertropnic facet changes. Could you put this in lay men s terms please......
