MY HUSBAND IS IN JAIL IN EL PASO COUNTY. YESTERDAY HE RECEIVED THE TB VACCINE. I WENT TO VISIT HIM THIS MORNING AND HE SAYS HIS ELBOW ON THE ARM THE SHOT WAS GIVEN IS COMPLETLY STIFF AND ACHING. MY HUSBAND IS NOT ONE TO EVER COMPLAIN OF PAIN OR DISCOMFORT. THE INJECTION SITE IS ALSO RED AND A BIT SWOLLEN. SHOULD I BE CONCERNED
