Major MAJOR Lower Back Pain. Around L3 Down To SI.

Major MAJOR lower back pain. Around L3 down to SI. Pain is up and down and across lower back. Radiates down through left leg causing a limp. Pain is getting worse. I have had a L5/SI fusion and also they have taken out the disc between those two vertebrae and put in a bone graft. I also now have a purging disc on L4/L5. Please help me lower the pain.
