Male 11 Yrs Old. Severe Pain In Ankles And Feet.

Male 11 yrs old. Severe pain in ankles and feet. Feels like ankle is being squeezed on both inside and outside of each leg. Pain under heels as well. Has gotten progressively worse. Xrays show no abnormalities. Was hurting only after activity now pain is constant and intense.
