Male 48 Yrs. Mildly Active. No Medical Issues. Started To

Male 48 yrs. Mildly active. no medical issues. Started to notice skin getting thin, all over, head, buttocks, head, hands and feet all have thinner skin. Neck, face shoulders all thinner and tendons tend to show. Bones seem to rub together. Hand shakes can be sore. Knocks that wld have been nothing are more sore now. seem to feel cold more also. Eat like a horse to compensate + belly getting a bit fatter, but skin stays, or getting thinner. and activity levels dropped , due to circumstance, so weight gain should be higher. GP blood tests all showed normal 1-2yr ago. muscles seem to still work, possibly gotten smaller. Normal or not sounding?
