Male 77. Aortic Valve Through Groing Wed. 14th. Been Doing

Male 77. Aortic valve through groing wed. 14th. Been doing fine. Take my bp every two hours ( (140s/60s average). Was told there is an "Adjustment"" period to get used to it. Started having a BARELY noticable discomfort (NOT PAIN) upper right chest. Just in one small spot. No numbness, nausea, dizzy, weakness, NOTHING. Just that bothersome ""discomfort"" when laying down that doesn't interfere with sleep. BUT - I have either arthritis or bursited in my right shoulder. Just a couple of questions. Is this part of that ""adjusting""? OR possible radiating from that shoulder??? In NO distress as I type this. Pressure just now was 151/74.
