Marathon Runner, 70 Yrs., 5ft 9in. 144 Lbs. Few Months

Marathon Runner, 70 yrs., 5ft 9in. 144 lbs. few months ago retired, unexpectedly complicated divorce of 24 yrs. marriage. Still have anxiety over this when I think much about it. Sleep is fair. some days not real good rest.
Taking a 25 mg water pill for BP. Cut back on salt, drink more water, more aware of diet. BP can spike at times of anxiety 175/90 and calm down to as low 125/75. Pulse usually 55 - 60. Probably avg BP 140/75/57.
Had Broncitis first time 10 months ago and it lingered for awhile. Took my meds. Came back again. Took meds again feel better except when running experience clearing fleem in throat often, breathing more difficult and fatigue easier. But with that said I have ran 3 full marathons and two half marathon in 7 months. Average 45 - 50 miles a week. But more effort and struggling with clearing throat of fleem. No real spit up and clear in color and breathing harder.
Each finish is slower. Age but not all of it. Have experienced palpitations twice for short time. First time Dr. Said sleep deprivation and last time said Albuteral problem also had nervousness and tremors. Stopped Albuteral this week with this last episode. Had two EKG. All OK. Last physical 5 months ago all blood work OK. Lung x ray showed some broncitis. Throat fleem, breathing issue, fatigue and palpation all have concerned me. Scheduling some pulmonary testing next week. What's are your thoughts?
