Married And No Child Yet. Uterus Report Tells "Enlarged Measures Approx With Hypoechoic SOL". Have Pre MC Pain. Treatment?

Hi i am a married lady of 33 years and do not have any child.
my uterus report: Enlarged measures approx. 97*72*70 mm in size with hypoechoic SOL of 51*44 mm is noted in posterior myometrium.
I have to face pre MC pain for 10-12 days and heavy bleeding during MC
How to get rid of this fibroid and is this fibroid is problematic for me

The ultrasound report is suggestive of presence of a fibroid in the uterus. This is also causing the excessive bleeding that you are having. It needs to be treated to conceive normally.
