Erectile dysfunction may be organic or non organic .....
if you have good enough erection in morning or during sleep,it means you have no organic disease,all you need is good diet,excercises,avoidance of
masturbation,good sleep,and good emotional status means NO Tension....
if you have poor erection in morning and during sleep,it means some organic cause....
then go for blood testosterone,
prolactin,LDH,LH level....
if they are less than normal,then my advise is below:-
first to bring change with diet,banana,pine apple,almonds,figs are good to increase
Testosterone level...
if they fail to bring improvement ,then inj testosterone 200mg i/m after every three weeks ...
