May I be suffering from a minor heart attack? Or just palpitations?
My heart was pounding for like 5 seconds and then i jumped up and it all stopped. I have had palpitations before but it hasn't majorly occured since April 16, 2006. I have had it a few times during p.e. though. Im 14, I am a little over weight but not obese. Can you please help me?

did you have caffeine today? that happens to me.... my body attacks my nerves with the caffeine in my blood.
